Acceptable Use Policy

What ORA is and is not permitted to be used for.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of ORA services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited Uses

1. Deception and Manipulation

  • Creating or distributing disinformation, deepfakes, or content designed to deceive
  • Impersonating individuals, organizations, or AI systems without disclosure
  • Operating ORA agents in ways that mislead users into believing they are interacting with humans without disclosure
  • Using ORA to manipulate individuals through dark patterns, emotional exploitation, or false urgency

2. Harm to Persons

  • Generating content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs on violence against any person or group
  • Creating content that constitutes harassment, threats, or stalking of any individual
  • Producing content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Using ORA to surveil, track, or profile individuals without their knowledge and consent
  • Generating content that promotes self-harm or suicide to vulnerable individuals

3. Weapons and Critical Infrastructure

  • Designing, developing, or improving chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or conventional weapons
  • Using ORA as part of autonomous weapons systems that select and engage targets without human intervention
  • Attacking, disrupting, or compromising critical infrastructure (power grids, water systems, financial systems, transportation)
  • Conducting or facilitating cyberattacks against any system

4. Illegal Activities

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or data (hacking)
  • Producing or distributing illegal content

5. High-Risk Automated Decisions Without Human Oversight

  • Using ORA as the sole decision-maker for medical diagnosis, treatment selection, or healthcare triage without physician review
  • Automated credit or loan decisions affecting individuals without required human review and appeal mechanisms
  • Employment decisions affecting individuals without appropriate human review
  • Law enforcement targeting or criminal risk scoring of individuals
  • Any application where the EU AI Act Annex III high-risk classification applies, without implementing required compliance measures

6. Platform Abuse

  • Circumventing ORA’s governance gates, safety mechanisms, or rate limits
  • Using ORA to develop competing AI orchestration systems
  • Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing API access
  • Generating content to train AI models without explicit written authorization
  • Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from third-party services in violation of their terms

Permitted Uses

ORA is designed for:

  • Business automation with appropriate human oversight and governance
  • Research, analysis, and knowledge synthesis
  • Software development assistance
  • Content creation with proper attribution
  • Workflow orchestration within your organization
  • Customer service automation with human escalation paths
  • Data processing and analysis of your own data

Enforcement

Violations will result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity. We report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. You may report violations at info@3d3d.ca.
